JC4 Travel and Tours was registered under the Department of Trade and Industry on 7th of January 2016, as a duly organized company existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. This formally marked our entry into the travel industry.

JC4 Travel and Tours was founded by Ms. Hazel Joy M. Fabian, a registered nurse and a flight attendant by profession. She decided to open up the company because she was inspired by the people who love to travel and explore the world.

Her experience in travel industry allows her to understand the tourism from the perspective of passengers. Her goal is to be a reliable agent with a reputation of quality service, care and bring the most valued travel experience to clients.
